We always try to stay at Hampton Inns. They are clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, pool is available.

Employees were nice
My air conditioner failed to keep the room cool. Since I wasn't 100% satisfied with the arrangements, I shouldn't have had to pay for the room for two nights,. The placard said 100% satisfied, I was like 40% satisfied with my stay

It appeared clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Coffee in lobby.
Desk clerk didn't have any suggestions for things to do in the area. Another guest made suggestions to us. Breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage before we got there.

I was greeted by a very nice employee who helped me discover multiple solutions for everything that could've a problem. Local places, future help, signing up for points, and the closest place among many choices. Fantastic!

The breakfast there had many choices and the pool was nice for some time to pass by.
check in was horrible! I was supposed to be able to check in by 3pm it was at least 3:45pm until I could check in... while others in my party were able to check in at 2pm already! Very frustrating! Also the pillows were horrible! Bring your pillow from home.

The toilet seat reminded me of it was made for toddlers. I almost needed a lifeguard to help me up!
